Under the Club constitution, there is a Committee which manages Club business, and whose members have individual responsibilities. Every year before the end of April there is an Annual General Meeting, at which members have a chance to express their views on Club affairs, and to elect the officers and other members of the Committee.

There is also a Committee, under the Federation's constitution, which manages Federation business. Every year before the end of June there is an Annual General Meeting, at which members of all clubs which are part of the Federation have a chance to express their views on Federation affairs, and to elect the officers of the Federation Committee. |
